Winsmate Tweaks is a digital product delivered to you instantly. Because of that, all sales are final. But we'd rather fix a problem than leave you stuck, so here's exactly how we handle it.

Digital delivery

The moment you pay, your download link is available on Payhip. Since the product is delivered immediately and can't be "returned", we don't offer blanket refunds once your download has been sent.

What we do instead

If something isn't working, we fix it. Usually the same day:

• A tweak won't apply or something's broken? Message us and we'll troubleshoot it on your PC personally until it runs.
• Download didn't arrive? Check your spam folder, then contact us and we'll re-send your link right away.
• Bought the wrong thing? Get in touch and we'll help sort it out.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy removes any rights you have under applicable consumer law. Where the law grants you a right to a refund that can't be waived for digital goods, we honour it.
